Background
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Wyoming in the department of Mechanical Engineering. I am a 2016-2017 NSF Blue Waters Graduate Fellow.
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Wyoming in the department of Mechanical Engineering. I am a 2016-2017 NSF Blue Waters Graduate Fellow.
I research high-order Computational Fluid Dynamics methods for large scale problems. I am currently working to enable discontinuous Galerkin methods for wind farm simulations. The research I do involves Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, and Engineering with applications to the Wind Energy and Aerospace industries.
I was a Mathematics adjunct faculty at Laramie County Community College from 2014 to 2015. I taught remedial Mathematics to incoming Freshman at the University of Wyoming who needed a fresh start.
I recently completed my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming under the advisement of Professor Dimitri Mavriplis. I am a member of the High Altitude CFD Laboratory. I received my M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University in the Spring of 2013 and my B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Winter of 2011.
