Mechanical Engineering
I completed my Ph.D. in Machanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming in February 2018. The disseration is titled, "Enabling High-Order Methods for Extreme-Scale Simulations." I started in January 2013 under the direction of Professor Dimitri Mavriplis. For the 2016-2017 academic year, I was supported by the NSF's Blue Waters Graduate Fellowship.
M.S. Columbia University
Applied Mathematics
I completed my Master of Science in Applied Mathematics at Columbia University from The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science in February of 2013. I worked with Professor Marc Spiegelman for a course project involving the development of a finite volume solver for the two-dimensional Euler equations on unstructured grids. Professor Spiegelman serves as my external member on my doctoral committee.
